How The Uniform Rental Service Works:
Pick-Up
Your Route Service Representative picks up your soiled garments. A pick-up ticket it printed for you at your location.
Launder
Soiled garments are brought to the Lechner facility to be washed.
Sort & Inspect
Our garment inspectors proactively look for garments in need of repairs or upgrades. Garments are sorted using ULTRA, our automated tracking system, to combat garment shortages.
Deliver
Your RSR delivers your clean garments, on a schedule. A delivery ticked it printed for you, bringing your service full circle.
With ULTRA, you are able to track:
- Every single garment through the entire laundering process
- Garment's location
- Client to which the uniform belongs
- Employee to which the uniform belongs
- Garment's delivery schedule
- Garment's life cycle history, including number of washings
Paired with our online portal, you will have real-time access to this information, allowing you to interact with and manage your own uniform rental service.
GARMENT INSPECTION PROCESS
All of our uniforms go through a 12-point inspection during the wash process to ensure high-quality garments - always.
